200 HOUR YTT

SEEKING OM - 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

"find your journey, find yourself!"

This 200 Hour Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher Training lead by Scotty & Kae will give you the tools and training to prepare you to teach, advance your practice and upon completion, possibly become a registered yoga teacher. We encourage that you already have an existing yoga practice, as this training will be a deepening of an existing practice. You will learn about the physical, subtle and meditative parts of yoga practice along with anatomy & how it ties into the practice. The history and philosophy will be taught but also explored through self-learning and practice. The practice will close with teaching methodology, ethics, professional development and practicum. Yoga is a practice and it does not end in a training. Self-study and practice are integral in learning about yoga and paying homage to the lineage of it. There is just as much yoga practice off the mat and in every day life.

Seeking OM is a Registered Yoga School under Yoga Alliance. Our teachers are experienced and certified under Yoga Alliance as respected yoga teacher trainers as well.
