First and foremost, thank you so much for your patience with us during this incredibly challenging time. In light of the development of COVID-19 on Thursday 3/12 we decided to close the studio temporarily thorough Sunday 3/15. With Gov. Baker recommendations and bans to close all bars, schools, dining out and limiting the amount of people in gyms and such through April 6th, we’ve made the difficult decision to close our physical studio through 3/31, or more. All classes, workshops, events and trainings are now canceled through this time. If you have signed-up for a workshop or training, you will receive an email separately with future dates and such, your payment will be added back to your MINDBODY account so you can book the event in the near future.

We have received an overwhelming amount of messages from our community asking how they can help us? What they can do for us in this challenging time to sustain? What can they support us with?

As you know we are a small business, who believed and still believe in taking a chance on an emerging community. It has been amazing but rolling our sleeves up and working really hard to keep sustaining and growing.  We depend on your Memberships, Class Passes, Workshops, and purchasing our products to survive. With our doors closed this is even more challenging to us as you can imagine.  We have worked tirelessly to keep prices approachable and affordable and below regional pricing.

So how can you help and support us? Please purchase gift cards and Class Passes/Cards (we will extend their expiration dates) and stock them. Buy a gift card for a friend, a family member, a co-worker and gift it to them so they can use when we open again. You may visit this Link to Purchase Gift Cards.

We are not promoting this as a sale.  As of right now until we open our doors again, all Class Passes/Cards will be on sold as 20% off. This price will automatically show in MINDBODY you may visit this Link to Purchase the Passes/Cards.

At this time, we are not shipping any orders of our products in order to help with containment and take the strain off the postal (and healthcare) systems. You can purchase these items online but please know we do not want to add the extra stress on the mailing system and carriers.

To all our monthly members: We ask that you please do not cancel your Month-to-month auto pay, we will be providing you will great online content so you can continue your practice at your own leisure at home, please see more information about his below. 

About your current Passes/Cards and Memberships:

 To our students who have signed-up for a “New Student Special” and activated this pricing option any time between 2/18 and 3/12. Please know we are aware that you have not had the chance to use your pricing option fully. We will be loading a new 30 days pricing option to your account that you will have a second chance to experience our classes when we reopen again. These pricing options will be loaded to your account in the next few days. Please wait until we say we are open to book any classes; the moment you book a class it will activate this pricing option. We want you to wait to announce we are open in case we have to stay closed for a longer period. Please allow us a couple days to complete this as each pass has to be done manually. 

Please follow our Facebook and Instagram page as we will be loading each page with free videos and going live possibly daily with mediations and such, these contents are free to everyone. We will also be upload videos to our YouTube Channel.

To our students who have Class Card / Class Passes ( 1 Class Card / 5 Class Card / 10 Class Card / 20 Class Card ): We are extending the expiration of the passes for everyone. All 1, 5 and 10 Passes/Cards will be extended 90 days from 3/31. All 20 Passes/Cards will be extended 180 days from 3/31. As you know we are very flexible and we don’t typically penalize our students, please feel free to reach out to us in case your pass has expired, and we’ll extended them for you. Please allow us a couple days to complete this as each pass has to be done manually.

To our members who hold a monthly membership or tiered membership: Because you are on a month-to-month contract, your accounts will continue to be charged. We will be emailing you separately with private online classes that you will be able to watch at your own leisure. Scotty and Kae have created several videos already and you will be receiving the link for these videos momentarily. Our ask is that you DO NOT share these videos as they are intended for our members who are paying for the monthly membership. You can expect OM Flow Classes, Restorative OM Classes, Gentle OM Flow Classes and more. Again, please do not share these videos, they are intended just for you. We will be posting free videos to everyone else on our platforms.

We had recorded content and uploaded content to Namastream and it has unfortunately crashed to its significant increase of users.  We ask for your patience during this time as we are working around the clock to get you videos and provide services we normally provide in a different format. We completely understand and realize we are not the only ones economically impacted and are extremely sensitive to this.  We understand if any of this does not work for you, please reach out if you are challenged at the moment.
